Founding Members

Céleste is president and cofounder of EuroCompliance.

She served for 10 years the leading certification group SGS (Switzerland) in charge of the Social Responsibility department for EAME South and then in charge of the Anti-corruption services department globally. She previously worked  as Social Compliance Manager at Decathlon International (France).

In addition to managing the department, Céleste has continued to provide important operational support as Lead auditor for large Groups ; SMEs and public organisations. She also conducted monitoring in cooperation with the integrity department of the World Bank.

Céleste was part of the French Chapter of the standardisation committee set up for the ISO 19600 and ISO 37001.

Having served as Purchasing Director with The Coca-Cola Company and Rexam and as a Programme Director with Accenture, Philippe refocused his career on economic intelligence (Master Paris-Dauphine) and criminology (Panthéon-ASSAS et CNAM) with specific regards to the prevention of corruption. Philippe joined the swiss Group SGS in 2010 to lead the development of new business for the anti-corruption services department (training on ethics, BS 10500 certification, due diligence etc.)

In 2017, Philippe cofonded EuroCompliance where he leads business and strategical development. He provides many trainings on  business ethics and more particularly on prevention of corruption. He is also a lecturer at the University of Strasbourg (Master II – Juriste sécurité financière) and the University of Versailles (Master II – Droit pénal des entreprises).
